Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very helpful and amazingly helpful, location was beautiful to a grocery store. Had essentials needed in the a double room, including a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge. It was neat and bathroom - fairly clean.

The service was great, I had 1 perfect night here. Huge spacious room, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave were appreciated.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at the Green Dolphin Motel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was if coffee was supplied with the in-room coffee maker.

I recently stayed at a motel in Old Orchard Beach and had a fantastic experience. The room I stayed in was located on the basement/ground floor and had a luxurious jacuzzi tub that I absolutely loved. The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early at the last minute. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, highlighting the motel's attention to detail. The location was excellent, offering the convenience of being right across the street from the oceanfront places at a more affordable price. It was just a short walk away from the Pier, providing a quiet atmosphere but still close to all the action. I would definitely choose to stay at this motel again.

As a budget traveler, I loved the family-owned motel with its clean rooms just a block away from the beautiful sandy beach. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the main beach and its events, while still offering a quieter atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk woman went above and beyond by staying late to ensure we had a great room with a nice beach view.
